1. Who we are

MSEBEZi is an AI-assisted job search and application preparation platform operated by WATHACI Corporate Services, Business Registration No. 320241034409, a registered and tax-compliant business in Zambia. By creating an account you agree to these terms. For any question about these terms, contact support@wathaci.com.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Accounts are for individual job seekers, not for agencies applying on behalf of many candidates.

3. Paid actions

• Job search: K50 per search
• Tailored CV generation: K150 per document
• Cover letter generation: K100 per document

Prices are shown in Zambian Kwacha before you confirm. Payment is collected by mobile money and access is granted only after our servers verify the payment. Prices may change, but a change never affects a credit you have already purchased.

4. Refunds

If a paid action fails for a technical reason on our side, the credit remains on your account and you may retry it at no extra cost. We do not refund completed actions because you were unhappy with the hiring outcome, since employment decisions are made by employers.

5. AI-generated content

Documents are generated from the profile information you supply. You are responsible for reviewing every document for accuracy before submitting it to an employer. Submitting false information to an employer is your responsibility, not ours.

6. Job listings

Vacancies shown may be gathered from third-party sources and can be closed, changed or inaccurate. Always confirm the vacancy on the employer's own channel before applying.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the platform, resell generated documents, attempt to bypass payment, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or attempt fraudulent payments.

9. Liability

MSEBEZi is provided as-is. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected action.
