Who controls your data

MSEBEZi is operated by WATHACI Corporate Services, Business Registration No. 320241034409, a registered and tax-compliant business in Zambia. For any data-related request, contact support@wathaci.com.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and phone number.
• Career data: your uploaded CV file and the profile extracted from it.
• Activity: searches you run, documents you generate and applications you track.
• Payment records: amount, status and reference for each mobile money transaction.

How we use it

Your career data is used to build your profile, match you to vacancies and generate the documents you request. Payment records are used to grant access to paid actions and to support you when a payment fails.

AI processing

CV text and profile fields are sent to our AI provider to extract structure and to write documents you have paid for. This data is not used to train public models, and no other user of MSEBEZi can see your profile.

Storage and security

Uploaded files are held in private storage. Database access rules restrict every record to the account that owns it, and payment verification happens only on our servers. We never expose payment keys to your browser.

Sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not share your profile with employers or recruiters. We share only what is necessary with our infrastructure, AI and mobile money payment providers to run the service.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete individual documents, or delete your account, which removes your profile records and uploaded files. Transaction records may be retained where required for financial record-keeping.
